We inspect every garment before manufacturing for defects and make sure each and every order is shipped correctly. Eventhough we try our hardest, we can make mistakes. If you receive a defective shirt, we apologize in advance and be assured, we will take care of you. Contact us via the Contact Us link. You must notify us within 14 days of Receipt. If you are not Happy with your purchase we will cheerfully do exchanges and returns on UN-WASHED, UN-WORN and UN-DAMAGED t-shirts within 14 days of receipt. For a return You Must, First, request an Retrun Merchandise Authorization # before you can return it. If you wish to return an item without an exchange, there will be a 5% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee for exchanges and you are responsible for all shipping costs. We will have you Place an Order for the Style, Size and Design that you want and then Credit your Credit Card upon return of the Merchandise. We know a t-shirt needs to be Comfortable and no one likes a Short T-Shirt, so we offer Tall sizes in most all of our shirts, too.
